We are pleased to inform you that Nordson Corporation (Nasdaq: NDSN) has signed an agreement to acquire ARAG Group, which is expected to be completed during the third calendar quarter of this year.
Arag will join Nordson as a new Division within their Industrial Precision Solutions Segment.
Nordson engineers, manufactures and markets differentiated products for dispensing adhesives, coatings, sealants, biomaterials, and other materials for fluid management; serving numerous consumer and technology end markets.
For ARAG, our combination with Nordson represents a confirmation of the extraordinary work done in developing our leading capabilities in the precision spraying business.
